Who are the Keeleys

Practitioners.

Carl and Belinda Keeley still run their own salons. They are not coaches who used to be in the industry — they are salon owners who coach. Chumba Warragul opened in 2003. Chumba Chapel St in 2008. They know what it costs, what it earns, and what it takes.

They hit the same wall you're hitting — awards, staff, clients, brand, and no idea what to do with the money flowing in and out. No training existed for salon finances, so Carl built the systems from scratch. Two years to build them. Ten years to test them in real salons. Then they taught them to others — and it worked.
